OBERDONVEN: In the schoolyard, two boys, aged 5 and 7, found an explosive device under a pile of rubbish and began fiddling with it. Suddenly, it exploded, leaving both boys horribly mutilated. One of the boys was dead within fifteen minutes, while the other died later.
